
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 banana
6 oz. fat free vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. milk (I used vanilla almond milk)
3 t. milled flax seed (optional)
Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
This is not a make ahead dish but it is super quick!
Serves 2 (197 calories each serving) according to my calculator on loseit.com
