2 t. strawberry jam
3 T. extra virgin olive oil
3 T. balsamic vinegar
1 t. salt
1/2 t. black pepper
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously to combine.
I have also made this with raspberry jam and it is equally as good.
Feel free to make it ahead and keep in the fridge for up to a week.
Makes about 1/3 c. dressing (396 calories total)
