
4 large green onions, coarsely chopped
1 tomato, quartered
1 to 2 small habanero peppers, stems removed
1/2 bunch cilantro, stems removed
1 lime, juiced
1 to 2 oz. water
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and pulse to combine.
This will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
1 tablespoon contains about 3 calories (which isn't even worth mentioning, in my opinion!)
